New print on the CETRO® Rectoscope 

The CETRO® Rectoscope is used for examinations of the rectum, also known as rectoscopy. Our rectoscope has gently rounded edges and surfaces, which contributes to a more gentle and comfortable examination for the patient. Rectoscopy is performed, among other things, to take samples from the mucous membrane but also to see if there is, for example, an inflammation, polyps, ulcers or tumors in the rectum. The examination usually takes about 10 minutes and is painless as there are no cells in the rectum that can feel pain.
