CETRO® Cordring is a sterile, single-use product applied with forceps immediately after delivery. It is equipped with an integrated handle that provides a stable and secure grip throughout the entire process:
• When pulling it into place
• When placing the ring onto the forceps
• When positioning it around the umbilical cord
• When removing the handle
The controlled application provides confidence for healthcare professionals and minimizes the risk of handling errors, even in high-paced clinical environments.
Once correctly positioned, the handle is cut off, leaving a discreet and flexible ring securely placed around the umbilical stump.
